Siro Barino
Siro Barino established momentX in March 2019. He is the owner of Barino Consulting, a communications agency he founded in 2004. For more than seven years, he also served as CEO of Swiss Deluxe Hotels, a group of 40 internationally renowned five-star hotels in Switzerland. Prior to 2004, he was responsible for the worldwide media relations of Credit Suisse, as well as for the corporate communications of the Credit Suisse investment banking.
As Head of Corporate Communications of Swissair and media spokesman of the SAirGroup, he led various areas of internal and external communications between 1999 and 2001.
Siro Barino was a presenter, business editor, and head of the economics department of the Swiss television channel SRF. Until 1996, he worked as presenter and editor for two Swiss radio stations.
In recent years, he served as a consultant for various national and international companies in the areas of financial communications (IPOs, shareholder activism and defense, issue and crisis communication) and has managed their communications strategies. In the area of non-governmental organisations, Siro Barino and his team are particularly committed to support the Swiss Red Cross.
