Illness as a symbol & "The Hollywood Therapy"
Dr. Ruediger Dahlke live Zurich
Based on psychosomatics, on the perspective of “illness as symbol”, which – according to the term – places the soul above the body (soma), I will compare the origin of health (the principle of salutogenesis) to the origin of illness (the principle of pathogenesis). In addition, the body, with regard to nutrition and exercise, will be discussed. Furthermore within the "Hollywood-Therapy" I will get into the questions of everybody's life: "what role do I play in my life?", "how can I take over the lead-role?", " Is there more to come for me?". The analogy to Hollywood-movies and what we can learn out of it for our lives is just surprisingly interesting!
